Put a little TLC into her and one will have a great island hopping blue water sailboat. She has A/C heat and refrigeration. She could use a new dual fuel stove but in general, she is a very good buy for the money.
This boat has just received a brand new transmission, a rebuilt engine from 2006 and it's survey in 2014 put it at above average condition.
