In researching the potential value of this boat, I've found it on the internet ranging from $50,000 to $79,000. I am really looking to sell the boat without losing too much money. The Maxum 3200 SCR is basically the same as the 3300 SCR which is considered the newer model. The only difference seems to be some of the countertop trip and on deck trim. All of the general features are the same and the user manual and other info is still available on the Maxumboats.com website. I can email you PDF manual on the boat.
I am presuming that if you are considering a purchase like this, that you are already a bit familiar with the maxum 3200 or the 3300 so I won't go into all the details but try instead to point out the things that i think are important to know about this specific boat. However, it is considered a 32ft boat, but it is really 35ft Length over all. It has twin Mercruiser I/O's and Bravo two outdrives.
The on-board generator does not work. It didn't work when I purchased the boat but we never needed it because we only used the boat for day ventures in the Chesapeake bay area and always returned to the Marina at night. There wasn't really any reason to run the generator.  When I bought the boat , the broker said something about the generator needing re-wound. I can't even tell you what could be wrong with it.
The seats are dis-colored from the weather but to my knowledge have no holes or rips. I had thought about having them re-done and someone had told me they thought it could be done for $1500 or less. Again, they are fully functional, they just don't look new.
Two seasons ago I purchased all new Royal Blue canvas for the cockpit area. I have pretty much only used the bimini top part of the new canvas.
The boat is currently at Bill's Marina in Baltimore at Sparrow Point. The boat bottom had been prepped and re-painted for the season.  Last season two new pistons on the trim tabs and a new battery were installed. The port engine just had new exhaust manifolds installed.  It's in the water and ready for sea trials to serious buyers. I am a business owner and can be available during the day, during the week or weekends if you would like to see the boat.  (Saturdays are a little harder because of kids sports).
I will add more information as I think of it. I have paid in full for the 2011 season at Bill's Marina, and as long as you provide proof of insurance, I believe you can keep the boat there, should you choose to. The boat is coast guard registered.
Please email me if you have questions. I'll do the best that I can to answer them, if they are technical. Give me a email to set-up a sea trial. Serious inquiries only and I am not interested in any trades.
